EDL-Gen Operation and Maintenance Service Sole Company Limited (EDL-Gen O&M) by Mr. Phoummy Netibanedith, Managing Director & CEO and EGCO Engineering & Service Company Limited (ESCO) by Mr. Sathit Thanomkul, Managing Director have signed the Shareholder Agreement between EDL-GEN O&M and ESCO for establishment E&E Engineering and Service Co.,Ltd in order to support the Operation and Maintenance Service of Nam Theun 1 Hydropower project, including others O & M services for power plants and industry factories in Lao PDR. In this regards, we are highly appreciated and honored to Mr. Niwat Adirek, Senior Executive Vice President – CLMVT Electricity Generating Public Company Limited and Mrs. Rattana Prathoumvan, Managing Director & CEO of EDL-Generation Public Company (EDL-Gen) for co-chairman in this ceremony on August 8, 2018 at the EDL Luangprabang Branch, Lao PDR.
